No Refunds Policy:
Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy ensures that our resources are allocated efficiently and that we can continue to support as many individuals as possible.
Rescheduling Appointments:
Notice Requirement: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your original time slot to someone else who may be in need.
How to Reschedule: To reschedule your appointment, please email us at booking@kirtida.org with your original appointment details and your preferred new date and time. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Limitations: Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests, we cannot guarantee that your preferred new time slot will be available.
Late Rescheduling Requests:
If you contact us to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your request, but this is not guaranteed. Late rescheduling may lead to longer wait times for a new appointment.
Missed Appointments:
If you miss your appointment without providing the required 24-hour notice, we regret that we cannot offer a rescheduling option or a refund. This ensures that our counselors’ time is respected and that we can continue to offer support to others.
